Nex Pest Control built its Boulder County reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Boulder County pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
We keep our Boulder County crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a Boulder County homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Boulder County's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Most Boulder County service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Boulder County crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Boulder County emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Boulder County cases ahead of standard scheduling.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Boulder County invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Boulder County restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Boulder County accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Boulder County rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
Monthly barrier treatment through Boulder County's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Boulder County calls get a same-day window. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. Ask any Boulder County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Boulder County same-day calls. We keep routes tight across Boulder County specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Boulder County emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Our technicians have inspected enough Boulder County attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your part of Boulder County before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Boulder County.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Boulder County property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Boulder County customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Our restaurant needed a documented program before our next health inspection and they had it set up within the week.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
They found a clogged gutter section holding water that we never would have thought to check ourselves.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Our property management company needed a standing service across six units and Nex Pest Control set up one consistent schedule with a single point of contact.
No matter which part of Boulder County you're calling from, a licensed technician can typically reach you the same day. We route technicians daily across Boulder County, so location within our coverage zone rarely adds to your wait time. Whether you're near the county seat or out toward the edge of our service radius, the same crew, pricing, and guarantee apply everywhere we're dispatched. Rural properties on quieter roads get the same response standard as those closer to the center of Boulder County — distance rarely changes how quickly we can dispatch.
Most Boulder County calls placed in the morning get a same-day window; anything later typically lands next-day.
You'll get one flat number after inspection, confirmed with you before treatment begins.
If it can't wait until morning, call the same number — the emergency line is answered around the clock.
Product safety and wait times are explained on site, in plain language, every visit.
Our guarantee is built into your service agreement, not something you have to negotiate for later.

A pre-purchase inspection covers the foundation, crawl space, and visible framing, with findings delivered in writing.

Usually not — most treatments only require you to stay out of the specific treated area for a short window.

Payment is due at time of service for most residential visits, with commercial terms available separately.

Property managers can set up standing service across multiple units with a single point of contact.
Clear access to baseboards, under sinks, and the attic hatch if possible — it speeds up the inspection significantly.
